The video begins with Hagery walking around the baseplate, while the titular Japanese Girl stands at the bottom-right of the screen. The song Jerk It Out by Caesars Palace plays in background. Hagery approaches her and starts flirting, asking her out on a date, but she doesn't respond, appearing confusion. He then realize that she's Japanese and claims he can speak some Japanese. He says "Wai Ku an sich xuiy?"
The comic started with a blonde man waving at a black-hair lady dressed in a black outfit. He blows a kiss towards her, represented by a red heart floating through the air. Suddenly, the next panels cut to a disturbing image of the woman facing the reader, now shown with hollow eyes, a wide jaw, and sharp teeth, as she bites into and crunches the red heart. These panels seem intended to catch the readers off guard.


The Japanese Girl respond with "Haya somma ato hiro mojito ally hasayo!!!" before her face morphs into Drakobloxxer's face, and high-pitched version of the scream from [[K-fee commercials]] plays, which causes Hagery to yelp and is launched off the baseplate. The video ends with a credit screen.
In the final scene, the man and the woman are seen smiling warmly at each other, implying that she is satisfied after consuming the heart.
