The video begins with a man walking around the baseplate while the titular Japanese Girl stands at the bottom-right of the screen. The song Jerk It Out by Caesars Palace plays in background. The man approaches her and flirting, asking her out on a date, which she doesn't respond in confusion. He then realize that she's Japanese and tell her that he can talk some Japanese. He says "Wai Ku an sich xuiy?"
The video starts with a parody of the iconic sonic.exe "I AM GOD" image, edited with neutral expression with the text reads "I AM SAD". In the background, sonic.exe can be heard crying  while Tails repeatedly insults and yells racial slur at him, this continues for approximately 22 seconds.


The Japanese Girl respond with "Haya somma ato hiro mojito ally hasayo!!!" before her face morphs into drakobloxxer's face, and high-pitched version of the scream from [[K-fee commercials]] plays, launching the the man off the baseplate. The video ends with a credit.
Suddenly the video cuts to a unsettling image of a figure wearing a rabbit mask standing in the shadows, A voice actor begins speaking, announcing that they will uploading videos every weekend and tell that he won't make animation due to school. Before the sentence is finished, the image abruptly cut to a drawing of an unknown character's butt with an extremely loud screams.

Bro's sad is a screamer video created and uploaded on Youtube by GlitchFilms on January 26th, 2025.
