The video itself shows player plays doom 2 at ghouls forest, and then as the video reaches 36 seconds, it shows a flurry of screamer faces with the same scream from [[What's Wrong?]]. and then, the player dies.
The video itself focuses on the creator's gameplay of the Ghouls Forest WAD series. The creator would be showcasing how what happens if Yurei kills a player. The video also warns the viewer to not watch the video if they don't like what they see.
