The video displays text with the title name. After a few seconds, the slide show starts with random snapshots of Toy Story, while You've Got a Friend blares by Randy Nevman plays in the background. The secret has nothing to do with the video, At 13 seconds, a skull with red hair, wide mouth, sharp teeth and an open tongue appears along with a loud scream.

However, at the thirteen-second mark, an image of Fanged Freak (a mask created by the late [[wikipedia:Don Post|Don Post]]) suddenly appears on screen, accompanied by the [[Say It]] scream.


A reaction video was uploaded on August 23, 2008 by a user Ricki Leanne. It shows him using the screamer to prank his mother, father and brother Richard (sister Lindsay is left out as he's already shown the screamer to her). Typical screamer [[reaction video]], but with a screamer at the end. After the final text appears, the same skull from the original video appears with a loud scream, it ends with text that mocks the viewer for being scared.

Toy Story Secrets is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on October 1st, 2006 by "nuralider". It is similar to Zelda subliminal Message.
