Toy Story Secrets is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on October 1, 2006, by a user named nuralider. It is similar to Zelda subliminal Message.

The video starts with the title name and then proceeds to show a slideshow of random snapshots from Pixar's 1995 computer-animated film Toy Story and its sequel, set to the tune of You've Got a Friend In Me by Randy Newman. However, at the 13-second mark, the video takes a dark turn when an image of Fanged Freak (a mask created by the late Don Post) suddenly appears on screen, accompanied by a loud scream from Say It.

A reaction video was uploaded on August 23, 2008, by user Ricki Leanne.
