Really Scary! is a YouTube prank that first appeared in 2008. It was one of the final screamers to be uploaded that year, too, being uploaded on December 29th, 2008. The original maker of this screamer is user spokentrash.
The video first displays nothing but a black and white shape against a garish background for 14 seconds. The on-screen text "Did you see that?" shows up after, along with the text "No? Let's take another look.", where the video returns to the image for only a few seconds. A few seconds later, a close-up of a vampire's face is shown along with the sound of a man screaming in pain.
