Very Scary Ghost Pictures is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on October 4, 2007, by user geno2k3. Unlike geno2k3's other screamers, this video has a more humorous undertone.
The video starts with an introductory text that warns the viewer about its disturbing content and claims to showcase a compilation of ghost photos collected by the uploader over the years. It then transitions to the "ghost" photos, starting with a family picture with a poorly cropped photo of Casper the Friendly Ghost displayed on top.
