Barney Special! is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by a user named hotogainc (under his hotdogainors alias) on April 28, 2007.
The video starts with clips of Barney from the show "Barney & Friends" with the song Hit 'Em Up by the late 2Pac playing in the background to make it look like Barney is rapping the song, only to get interrupted by an image of a Barney balloon along with an extremely loud scream. Throughout the video, before the screamer segment appears, the song is edited to have an extremely low volume to trick the user into turning up their volume. The video was taken from another video without a screamer or low volume called Barney & Friends Hit Em Up!.
