The project starts out with the Haunted House music playing. After 18 seconds the screen goes black. 4 seconds later a scary-looking stickman holding a knife with bloodshot eyes appears. The scream is the same as the [[The Maze|Scary Maze Game]]. The link can be found below. And remember that this site contains a screamer. As of 2017, this screamer has become private.
The project is based on the platformer video game ''Super Mario World'', specifically on the Ghost House levels, as the title suggests. It begins with an image of the mansion found in the beginning of these levels, accompanied by their theme music playing. After eighteen seconds pass, the screen suddenly turns black, and four more seconds later, a frightening image of a stick figure with bloodshot eyes wielding a knife pops up, with the same scream from [[The Maze]].
