The animation begins with text that says "don't feed dogs chocolate" (just like in the title) and then proceeds to show a drawing of a chocolate bar next to a dog, which begins to move back and forth as it eats the bar. After the dog finishes eating the chocolate bar, the screen abruptly transitions to a dark, ominous woman with large glowing eyes, accompanied by a ~~loud~~ scream.
