The majority of the video is actually a Windows Vista Sample Video 1. Text overlays the footage, challenging viewers to "Find the mistake in this video..." When the bear starts to walk, additional text appears urging viewers to "Look closer..." and revealing a supposed mistake: the bear is wearing a bow-tie. However, this is a prank, as the bear isn't actually wearing a bow-tie. Just moments after the second text block appears, a low-quality image of the What's Wrong face appears, accompanied by a much louder version of Ren Höek's scream.
