The game itself featured several tests the player has to go trough, starting with a hearing test in which the player is prompted to press one of four options depending on what they hear, then 2 seeing tests before the player gets jumpscared

It was first uploaded on the now defunct website Chaospisser.de which also featured non screamer Flash games. The first screen prompts the player to adjust their volume accordingly in order to understand the Example clearly
