When he's about to try to take a dump, at 00:05 the same flashing screamer from [[Micromachines.net23.net]] and [[Osodashi Inflates and Floats like Balloon! SERIOUSLY!? (April Fools!)]] appeared. The screamer stays there until the video ends.
