At level one, there are 2 text boxes reading; "''Really Easy...''" and "''Simple Level''" At the second level, there is another text box reading: "''A bit Harder''" At the last level, this is the hard one. When you beat the last level, a woman with vampire teeth and bloody mouth and scars pops up with 4 different screams with a red text box reading: '''<font color="Red">win</font>''' in the middle.

The game over screen will then appear if one fails, unlike most of the maze games. The final one has multiple paths to enter, and once the player reaches to the goal, a vampire appears along with a loud scream, with a red text: "Win" displayed.
 
The older version of the game doesn't have the red text that that states: "Try It, Dont Fail it!" on the main menu.

Maze Challenge, or also known as Scary Maze Game 3 was a screamer game that was published on 666gamer.com in 2009.

It's supposedly to be similar to The Maze, where its objective is to guide the dot all the way of 3 levels without touching or hitting the walls, and yet there are no instructions on what the player is supposed to do. The game over screen will then appear if one fails, unlike most of the maze games. The final one has multiple paths to enter, and once the player reaches to the goal, a vampire appears along with a loud scream, with a red text: "Win" displayed.
