The video contains a clip from an old, former [[commercial]] from 1957 called: ''Jim Henson's Wilkins Coffee Commercials'', but have a picture of [[Wikipedia:Sinistar|Sinistar]] edited to appear as soon as Wilkins pulls the lever, along with the same scream from [[The Maze]].

The remake and the original screamer has since become lost media due to the creator's account getting terminated for unknown reasons. However, another [[YouTube]] user called DiscoverGuy1999 made a variation of the screamer on April 4, 2023 after he heard of this video. Except the screamer footage is a loud, distorted clip from the Numberblocks episode Twelve at the 2:02 mark, at which point Twelve says "Rectangle rise!". The clip was originally taken from one of his videos titled "The FitnessGram Three Fours Loop Test".
