What's the difference? is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by zak19669 on January 14, 2008.
The video begins with a text that instructs the viewer to identify the ten differences. After a few seconds, right after the text fades out, the video cuts into two pictures of a main character: "Charmander" from Pokémon, with actual differences.
The differences are: his outline (clearly visible in toenail), his shadow (on the neck), his nose, his brows, his tooth, his nose, his brows, and finally, his tooth. However, after about 38 seconds, the right Charmander's head suddenly turns into George W. Bush's face, accompanied by a male scream. Although the picture itself is harmless, it may still be startling to unsuspecting viewers due to loudness of the scream.
