I got it.
The windows have no curtains, somebody forgot to close the laptop,
the floor and the chairs are made out of wood so it would make huge
scratches in the floor, there is no lampshade hanging down from the
ceiling (that's what they need the candles on the left for), they
have an invisible dog (it's sitting in the dog basket, you can only
see his black nose tip), the curtain bars are not the same because
their spirals are asymmetrical, the picture in the middle looks
awful (a street in winter, ah come on!), and, finally, every 35.5
seconds the room magically changes into some crying person with
black eyes.

Well, I remember being tricked by this website once before. Years
ago, my brother thought it'd be funny to show me when I was
maybe... 4? It was terrifying to me at the time, but now it's
just stupid.

The picture of the girl with no eyes was later seen in Where's
Waldo (the one without the K-Fee scream though the wiki said that
the scream sound effect was from it), Screamer Video Montage,
Maze Game 6 (probably), Scary Maze Game 4, and many other
screamers that I won't ever tell.

I think the original image was finally found. When comparing it
to the screamer image, it looks exactly like it but with the
eyes made all black. Thank you for finding this!

WOW! Seeing it with eyes is... kinda creepy.
Though I'm not too sure this is the exact original image. The
eyes (and all those things on her face) look like CGI that was
added afterwards (not to mention the tongue colored in red).
I'd even bet that the Maniacts poster was edited from the
What's Wrong face.

You're right; that is probably what they did, since the black
bars on her face are not there on the What's Wrong image. But
it's almost impossible to find the original image at this point,
except if the movie company could give us the exact image,
which I doubt is possible.
