Screamers have changed a lot
When comparing screamers from 2005-2009 to today's 2014-2019, you see a huge difference in the quality, creativity and also the reactions. Back in the old times, screamers used to be quite common and as youngsters, we would all see atleast one or if not more screamers.
In the old times, screamer creators used Windows Movie Maker and inserted a scary still picture with some scream. Today, there's no still picture screamers - you see FNAF, Slender and similiar screamers from other games. It just isn't the same anymore.
Nowadays I like looking back into time and looking for more screamers that I haven't passed through yet. The today's screamers are quite non-creative and uninteresting and through time they also become overrated (we all saw these Freddy toys and how they got more annoying than scary).
And then I see new videos on this screamer wikia, which date from 2014 and on... the screamers in my opinion are quite uninteresting as they were made up because of laziness, boredom or just copied from the screamers we've seen in the old period of Youtube. I won't deny however, that some new screamers are very well made.
Whatever the future holds, screamers will never be the same again. Atleast not for most of us...
