Stile Project is a shock site that was created by Jay Stile in 1999. The website hosted shocking content like gore and crude filth. The website got sold in 2010 and at some point became a generic porn site.

History

There was a video on the website that featured a Korean villager killing and cooking a cat, accompanied by Bohemian Rhapsody by the band Queen. PETA saw this and decided to take action against the site, and sought a federal investigation, which did not happen. In 1999, a rumor had been going around that Stile himself had committed suicide live on a webcam. However, in 2012, this was proven false and Stile himself confirmed this.

In 2000, the site won Webby Awards for "weirdest site". In 2001, a hacker under the name of "Fluffy Bunny" replaced the site with a pink toy rabbit with its anus in the air. The website was excluded from the Wayback Machine in a unknown date.
