One of them leads to Cemu.info and a  download link to a Pokémon fan game (called "Pokémon ColdIce") engine. Under it were more texts that says that you can prank friends on FaceBook and Twitter and a link to GenerationStar-EX's DeviantART profile.
It is implied to be made by GenerationForce, also known as [[User:CrysRocksXY|CrysRocksXY]] in this wiki and GenerationStar-EX on DeviantART.
