The video starts with the same man from [[Jarsquatter]], who is identified as Alexey Taratov, it shows him putting a glass bottle of his anus along with a screwdriver has been dragged all the way down of his urethra, then subsequently pulls up slowly, since it's just gonna be stuck there forever, causing horrible penile fracture, along with a piece of music called ''"Circumambulation of the Transcendent Pillars of Singularity"'' by ''Burzum'' plays over the video, Despite the music, after he pull it out, the blood starts coming out of his urethra, damaging it, in the full video, The full video then cuts to the puddle of blood on the floor, before the man walks into his bathroom revealing that his bathtub and sink are both filled with blood, leading to the uncomfortable implication that he's done this more than once. The ambiance of this video (lighting, music) is also very disturbing, and somewhat it eerie as well.
