The video has a rather unsettling tone, due to the low-quality nature of the footage and the slow, deep music. After 24 seconds, a shaking piece of art by Frank Rivera of a screaming man with boiling skin pops up, flashing, with the same scream sound effect used in the [[K-fee commercials]].
