ファ is romanized as "Fa", and the long vowel at the end of ふぁんしー would be romanized as ī, following Wikipedia standards that state that vowels extended using a ー are romanized with a macron. I think if it was ふぁんしい it would be romanized as "Fanshii" but since it uses a long vowel mark you would use the macron.
