The video presents itself as a music video for the children's song of the same name (a version by KiddieOk to be specific) with pictures to go along with the words. The pictures start out odd yet fairly innocuous, before switching to mildly unsettling imagery such as a severed head Halloween decoration, the torso of an emaciated man, and a woman's foot with an unnaturally long toe. After the second time the words are sung, the video abruptly shows a photoshopped image of Michael Jackson's face pasted on a woman's body to the sound of a looped male scream. Despite having only 10 likes, the video has 18K+ views.
