The video consists of a simple 12 minute and 29 second countdown timer displayed on a black background. The timer is actually sourced from e.ggtimer.com. Relaxing music also plays in the background, as promised in the title. However, at the end of the countdown, when it reaches 1 second, a zombified image of Kermit the Frog, depicted with blood and missing eyes, abruptly appears and zooms in and out, accompanied by a zombie sound.
