in the video, it has nothing to do with a rickroll meme, at the very start, an edited picture of Boxxy with black eyes starting to rapidly shake on the screen, followed by distorted effects being presented in the video just to make it seem like you're being attacked by Zalgo, accompanied by demonic sounds playing.  
The video immediately starts with a shaking low quality and edited picture of Boxxy along with a loud, frantic scream. The thumbnail for the video is the image itself, making it obvious that it's a screamer.
