This video is a screamer video first uploaded to YouTube back in 2007 by the user jhonmcclure. It's currently one of the most hated screamers due to low quality and generally being considered not scary.
The Video
This video starts with a headline announcing the secrets of Windows XP. We then cut to low quality footage of the user trying to unravel the secrets on his own computer, but on the 33 second mark, a photo negative man with a continuously looped scream will play. And it isn't over there. Another screamer with the same scream will pop up after the video mocks you for falling for it.
