Like most of geno2k3's screamer videos, the video begins with an intro of text. The text states that the video is a compilation of "ghost photos" geno2k3 has collected over the years and that's it not for the "faint of heart."
The video than transitions to said "ghost" photos, first one beginning with a family and a crude cropped photos of Casper the friendly ghost above them. The second photo is of a cow on a farm and the "ghost" photo being of a "fan of the month" member photo from Ebaum's World. The third photo is of a man in a dark room with a ghost photo from. At 42 seconds in, a picture of Lorraine Massey from "The Shining" 1997 miniseries adaption pops up with a faint female scream. The video ends with a final text stating "Remember... stay scared..."
