After about 5 seconds, a hand bangs against the glass, breaking the "windshield," and a ghost girl flies in front of the vehicle, running side to side very far away, until at 35 second mark of the video, when she backs up very far and a picture of a female zombie leaps up in front of the window with a loud scream.
