Spongebob.gif is a GIF screamer which shows a picture of Spongebob Squarepants with creepy eyes and no mouth, from the episode "Dumped" . However, after about 24 seconds, he will blink. Regardless of what version you see, there will always be no sound.
Trivia
When Spongebob was started first blink in 24 seconds and then when loaded try to save picture and Import into Video Editor but Length of Gif is 10 Minutes and keeping nothing happend animated gif was ended without loop.
