Spongebob.gif is a screamer GIF hosted on scaryforkids on 2007.
This GIF shows a cropped and edited image of Spongebob Squarepants taken from the Episode called Dumped, with creppy eyes and no mouth but the edited part of the image was the brightness adjust being very low compared to the original, additionally, the GIF can be easily assumed that it was only a picture and labled as GIF, but not really, if you stare at the image for more than 23 seconds, Spongebob will slowly blink at the viewer, then repeats again in general. Since it is a GIF, there will be no sound playing regardless of which version you see.
