Scary Chucky Pop-Up is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by user Hunter Martnishn on October 18, 2016. the thumbnail is a title character pulling out the middle finger.
Firstly, the video has to start with the Pull-Up commercial, not until after 5 seconds in, which, of course, a picture of Chucky from the movie Child's Play will appear (as the girl's head) accompanied with the loud scream, then it returns back as usual.
