This screamer features lyrics to a bubblegum pop song, "Say it" by The Kumbia Kings, scrolling up the screen along with an extract from the song, before a blood-curdling scream and the face of Pazuzu from The Exorcist covers the screen. On most versions, It is Regan instead.
