The video starts off with text on a black background that reads, "Randy Orton and John Cena kiss, but you have to watch closely for the kiss, you might miss it." as well as "El Condor Pasa" playing in the background. Then it cuts shortly to a clip of John Cena and Randy Orton handshaking shortly before Orton attempts an RKO. after this, Then the vid cuts to texts that says, "Again?" in which it slows down the clip for the viewer to see the "kiss".
The video starts with a line of text that states: "Randy Orton and John Cena kiss, but you have to watch closely for the kiss, you might miss it.", now it moves on to the footage with "[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/El_C%C3%B3ndor_Pasa_(song) El Condor Pasa]" playing in the background, the footage depicts John Cena and Randy Orton handshaking shortly before Orton attempts an RKO, before cutting out some text that states: "Again?",
 
The footage is slowed down, but the viewer doesn't notice it very clearly, the creator asks them to look closer, then it displays the same clip, However, only to get interrupted by a picture of a woman's face along with a loud scream, the video subsequently follows up with a message stating: "Did I get you? If I did then YAY! If not then T.T. MsDemolitionSunsets X . X."

Then it cuts to the same clip of Cena and Orton just before it cuts to a woman's face without eyes and with a large mouth with a loud scream. Then it cuts to text that reads, "Did I get you? If I did then YAY! If not then T.T. MsDemolitionSunsets X . X. The video is now private.
