PlayStation 1 Personified Fear (Black Screen of Death) is a screamer video created by the user EnterVids on January 17, 2013.
The entirety of the video is the PS1 startup screen with the Personified Fear error. At the 15 second mark, the screen fades to black, and Personified Fear, the startling sound, is heard. 5 seconds later, Regan MacNeil appears with the scary maze scream.
