At the beginning of the video, a title card appears that says: "irockv4862c presents: Paper Mario - A Rare Attack Enjoy!".
After the title card, the video cuts into a low-quality recording of a Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door battle, in which Mario and Vivian are fighting 2 Koopatrols. After 18 seconds, a picture of Sam, also known as Template:Wikipedia pops up along with a loud scream, followed by a message saying "Ha Ha Ha! LOL! I scared you! Didn't I! The End", followed by the credits.
