Mov0001.swf was a flash screamer animation that surfaced on a site: fotokristall.narod.ru in 2011, there are multiple mirrors of the site that exists until 2016.

This animated file contained a flashing picture of Amy from Fright Night, along with a loud shriek, the animation fastly zooms in and out into the picture to make it look scarier, in addition, the scream was also used in a popular, flash screamer called Anne.jpg, in some variations, the difference is the animation uses a supremely, loud screech unlike Anne.jpg.
