La vidéo montre une pièce qui ressemble à celle de la vidéo originale, avec une télévision affichant des parasites sur le côté droit de l'écran, près de la caméra et donnant sur le couloir. Une fille vêtue d'une robe de ballerine blanche entre dans la pièce et commence à danser élégamment sur la même musique de piano calme et monotone de la vidéo originale. De plus, la fille qui danse dans la vidéo est en fait l'ex-petite amie de Devin. La vidéo a été tournée à l'été 2019 (ils étaient déjà séparés à l'époque, mais toujours amis), mais n'a été mise en ligne qu'en janvier 2021 pour des raisons inconnues. Devin et son ex avaient 19 ans au moment de l'enregistrement.

Little Dancing Girl (Remake) is a screamer video created by Devin Millar under his Finder Lurker alias. The video, as the title claims, is an attempted remake of Little Dancing Girl, a classic screamer video from 2008.
