Hypnotise yourself is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by a user VideosofHeaven on December 21st, 2008.
The video starts out by immediately showing a looping, spiral with black and white colors spinning, along with a voice saying for you to relax. at 1:52, a picture of Gollum from from Lord of the Rings appears with a loud scream.
