pikachu.exe also known as "pica.exe" or "Scary Pikachu" or formerly known as "ghost.exe" is a screamer program made by Junya Uchino on around 2000, which has been hosted on many sites. and later rehosted to haha168 around 2002 (the same site that hosted Monster.exe) when open, a image of a pokemon adventure island map shows up with pokemon music playing in the background, along with a random pokemons that flashes, when clicked on a random pokemons. the lights starts to flash after that. the lights goes off but then a animated GIF of a ghost, known as "Hong Kong Grandmother Ghost" (which is a Korean myth.) appears in fullscreen with a loud scream. the only way you can exit it out of this app, is by using alt f4 or task manager
