The video starts with a text sliding up on the screen, which tells the player to find the blackbird diving behind this picture, the video was edited using Windows Movie Maker, and shows a picture of a lake, with complete silence, after 7 more seconds, a picture of a girl with ponytails and devil eyes, pops-up along with a loud scream, then subsequently resumes.
The video tells the player to find the blackbird on a bad quality photo of a lake located on Aberdeen, NC, this persist for 7 seconds until an old picture of a girl with ponytails and devil eyes, flashes for a second along with a loud, weird, printing noises, after the [[screamer]], the video continues like normal.

The description tells the viewer to full-screen the video (so the words in the title: "scary pop up" will never be shown to the victim), and also tells them to turn the volume all the way to 100% so it makes the [[screamer]] more scary and unexpected.
