The video starts with an elderly woman wearing an old floral dress sitting on a sofa, while smoking a cigarette, in a few more seconds, she begins showing her vagina and her prolapsed anus being pointed at the camera, then she sticks a cigarette right into her prolapse and goes fully into her prolapsed anus. After that, she let's out a little scream and takes it out, she then says: "oh that wasn't what i wanted to do". The video switches to a man who says: instant replay please, which switches to the same scene where she puts the cigarette in her prolapsed anus but in slow motion.
