The Screamer Forums will likely be read only unless it's known that it will be active, since forums in general are kind of dead because of Discord.
As for the gallery, that'll be back and fully usable soon.

FreeVBucksNoScam.Top is a screamer website created by Lawiki1534. The website claims to be to give people free V-Bucks on Fortnite Battle Royale. The website starts with a blue background and text stating, "Click Here to claim [The V-Bucks]. Totally not a scam or anything..." Once that text is clicked, Pazuzu from the Exorcist pops up with the same scream from The Maze; text also pops up telling the user to never fall for scams. If the user scrolls to the very bottom of the main page, text shows up stating that the website is a screamer.
