The Screamer Forums will likely remain read only unless it's known that it will be active, since forums in general are kind of dead because of Discord.
Hotel room screamer
Hotel room screamer is a screamer video uploaded on November 25, 2010 by torterrakills. The video, completely devoid of any sound, displays a photo of a hotel room, specifically, from the Indrapuri Rajadhani hotel in India, for 39 seconds; however, at 38 seconds, the hotel room photo starts to fade out. At 39 seconds, the face from What's Wrong? pops up along with a loud explosion-like noise, ending the video seconds later.
