The video shows a context to a cover art for Bone Palace Ballet, the second studio album by the band Chiodos, it states that the artist died while making the cover and the new one decided to make a memorial for him by setting up behind the cover,

Now, The text tells the player to spot a memorial image of the maker of the cover, supposedly located to the right. Of course, it's not there and after a while, a vampire will appear with Tinky Winky's Slendytubby scream in the background.
