The video actually shows a GIF of a Sr. Pelo Plush floating, After around 10 seconds, the video cuts into a final part of TeleToon at Night Bumper where the face bursts like paper to reveal a set of monstrous teeth, which opens to reveal more teeth followed by a toothed appendage that hits the camera.
