Hey arnold subliminal message young grandpa is a screamer video uploaded by YouTube user ktmz65 in August 7, 2008.
Similar to the original video, it depicts an image of Adrian Shortman (A flashback of him from the Hey Arnold! episode "Salley's Comet") laughing that gets slower over time. Again, after 36 seconds, an image of a suffering man without a right eye with barbed wire onto his face and hands (taken from an artwork "Slave for Evil" by taysonus) pops up with the same scream from the video as mentioned above.
