The video begins with green text reading "SHE JUST PLAIN SUCKS AT GUITAR HERO LMAO LOSER" as gameplay of Guitar Hero III immediately starts and the text rolls down and fades out. The gameplay shows the intro of the song Eye of the Tiger being played until 0:27 where the player misses a note and a close up of a vampire appears with a scream taken from a K-fee commercial, even having its "K-fee" line being said along with heartbeats afterwards. The video ends on a black screen with the red text "HA WE KNOW YOU GOT SCARED SO GET YOUR ASS TO THE BATHROOM NOW", with slower heartbeats being heard in the background.
The whole video is of rather low quality, with the gameplay footage and likely even the screamer image (same as Really Scary!) having been recorded with a camcorder, along with the scream being a low quality rip as well.
