Mickey Mouse saying "Hello There" - Sound Effect is an 8-second YouTube video made by Dagnasty67. As the title suggests, the video disguises itself as a standard sound effect for downloading.
The video at first shows a black-and-white drawing of Mickey Mouse's head on a white background. However, the title becomes misleading as there is no sign of Mickey saying "hello there," let alone anything in the video. But that doesn't mean there isn't more to go through, because at the four-second mark, a man with white and red paint on his face (which was most likely taken from the SCP-450 screamer) abruptly appears with a loud, generic female scream.
Minus there being no audio of Mickey Mouse talking in the video, its title could still be considered misleading as Mickey Mouse actually says, "He-hey everybody; it's me, Mickey Mouse!" instead of "hello there" in the interactive animated television series Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
