This cat gif is a Scratch animation made by user RainLauncher85 (ThatScorbunny879). The video starts out with a looping GIF of a cat, who is dressed up and eating a banana. After 10 seconds or so, a picture of Jigglypuff with red eyes pops up with a scream. Then the animation ends with a text to speech voice saying "Why do you think they call it dope?".
